We offer a complimentary 7-day courtesy hold upon your initial inquiry and consultation. A 25% deposit secures your date exclusively on our master register.
Can we bring external specialty chefs or outside catering teams?
Yes, with prior approval from our culinary director. A kitchen access and hygiene coordination fee applies for outside chefs working alongside our in-house team.
What are the outdoor lawn sound and celebration curfews?
Amplified outdoor music on The Royal Palm Lawn concludes by 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends, per local noise ordinances. Indoor halls have no curfew.
Are private tasting sessions included prior to finalizing menus?
Every confirmed booking includes a complimentary tasting session for up to four guests, scheduled by prior appointment with our executive chef.
What parking and valet facilities are available on-site?
The estate offers 35 dedicated car parking spaces plus space for 80 motorcycles, with an optional dedicated valet team available for larger events.
